हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश के बाद नगर निगम के अधिकारियों और इंजीनियरों का दल मंगलवार को अंजुमन व्यवसायिक कॉम्प्लेक्स पहुंचा।

अंजुमन व्यवसायिक कॉम्प्लेक्स के फ्रंट एरिया 7.50 मीटर की नपाई की।

फिर निगम अधिकारियों ने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट के मार्गदर्शन में इस निर्धारित एरिया को अंजुमन कमेटी को एक सप्ताह में तोडऩा होगा। 

कमेटी की कार्यवाही न होने पर निगम का अमला खुद इस एरिया को तोड़ेगा।

गौरतलब है कि बीते दिनों अंजुमन इस्लाहुल मुस्लेमीन कमेटी को हाईकोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में राहत नहीं दी थी।

इसके बाद इस निर्धारित एरिया को हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर अंजुमन कमेटी को सौंपा गया।

 नगर निगम की कई कार्रवाई के दौरान पूर कॉम्प्लैक्स में जमावड़ा लगा रहा।

Patrika Holi Celebration: होली से एक दिन पहले गुलाबी नगरी का आसमान सतरंगी हो गया। एक के बाद एक तोपों से बरसने वाली गुलाल ने वहां मौजूद हर एक पर होली की छाप छोड़ दी।

राजस्थान पत्रिका के 70वें स्थापना दिवस और राजस्थान पत्रिका के संस्थापक श्रद्धेय कर्पूरचंद्र कुलिश जी की जयंती के उपलक्ष में आयोजित गुलाल आतिशबाजी देखने के लिए शहर उमड़ पड़ा।

 लोगों का उत्साह देखते ही बन रहा था। पत्रिका गेट परिसर कार्यक्रम शुरू होने से पहले ही भर गया। लोग 5 घंटे तक डटे रहे और होली की मस्ती में रंगे नजर आए।

गुलाल आतिशबाजी कार्यक्रम दोपहर तीन बजे से शुरू हुआ। इस दौरान जयपुर वासियों में होली का खुमार देखने लायक था। संगीत और होली के रंगों के साथ लोगों में ऐसी मस्ती छाई कि सभी के चेहरे खिल उठे।


कार्यक्रम के पहले चरण में जसराज, ऊर्जा और जिम्मीज बैंड ने एक के बाद एक प्रस्तुति दी। बैंड से जुड़े सिंगर और इनके सहायक कलाकारों ने कार्यक्रम में समां बांध दिया।

 पत्रिका 95 एफएम तड़का के आरजे सूफी और सुगंधा ने भी अपनी आवाज का जादू बिखेरा। राजस्थान को-ऑपरेटिव डेयरी फेडरेशन (आरसीडीएफ) की ओर से समारोह में सरस छाछ-लस्सी का निशुल्क वितरण किया गया।


पत्रिका गेट पर गीत-संगीत और आतिशबाजी से सजा मंच देखकर विदेशी मेहमान भी खिंचे चले आए। बड़ी संख्या में विदेशी सैलानी होली के गीतों पर खूब थिरके। दूसरे शहरों से भी आकर लोगों ने गुलाल आतिशबाजी का लुत्फ उठाया।

फाल्गुन माह की पूर्णिमा पर होलिका दहन किया जाएगा। शहर में 150 से अधिक स्थानों पर होलिका दहन होगा। गुरुवार को सुबह से ही स्कूल कॉलेज में खूब होली खेली गई। रात में फाल्गुन पूर्णिमा सुबह 10 बजकर 36 मिनट पर प्रवेश हो रही है जो 14 मार्च दिन शुक्रवार की दोपहर 12 बजकर 24 मिनट तक रहेगी।

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Conditions Attached</h2>



While expressing support for the 30-day ceasefire, Putin has attached conditions. He stated that the ceasefire should pave the way for lasting peace and indicated that further steps would depend on the success of the Kursk campaign. He also highlighted the need for discussions with Trump to determine the implementation of the ceasefire.

On Holi, people throw colours on each other. Faces are also coloured. People also playfully tease each other during Holi. However, in the state of Jharkhand, India, the Santhal tribal community follows a unique and interesting tradition. According to this tradition, if a man applies colour to an unmarried girl, he must marry her. In this community, non-men are strictly prohibited from applying colour to unmarried girl or woman. This rule is so strict that even on a festival of colours like Holi, a man cannot throw colour on an unmarried girl or woman from a distance.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Marriage is Mandatory</h2>



A unique tradition is observed in several areas from West Singhbhum in Jharkhand to Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. Under this tradition, if a young man applies colour to a maiden, the community panchayat arranges the marriage of the young man with that girl. However, if the girl refuses this marriage, the young man has to transfer all his property to the girl as compensation for applying colour.

Heat Wave Alert: Even before Holi, Madhya Pradesh is experiencing a surge in temperatures. A more intense heatwave is expected after Holi. According to the Meteorological Department, most areas of Madhya Pradesh may experience extreme heat 2-3 days after Holi.



On Thursday, the maximum temperature recorded was 38 degrees Celsius. The night temperature increased by 3.8 degrees, reaching 21 degrees. According to meteorologists, the entry of hot winds is imminent due to a weather system near Rajasthan. These winds will increase the state&#8217;s temperature.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cyclonic hot winds from Rajasthan to increase temperatures in MP</h2>



According to the Meteorological Department, with each passing day in March, the intensity of the sun is increasing. This causes the mercury to remain high during the day. An upper air cyclonic circulation persists over the south-western parts of Rajasthan. This has led to a rise in temperatures there. These hot winds are reaching Madhya Pradesh, causing a rise in both day and night temperatures.



It is estimated that there will be no significant change in temperature in the next two days, but the daytime temperature may remain around 37-38 degrees and the night temperature around 19-20 degrees. It is reported that in the last 10 years, only three times has Holi been relatively cool. In approximately seven instances, Holi has experienced significant daytime heat.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Temperatures in major cities of MP</h2>



Regarding the minimum temperatures in five major cities of the state, Ujjain recorded 17 degrees. Jabalpur recorded 17.4 degrees, Gwalior 18.9 degrees, Indore 19.9 degrees, and Bhopal recorded a minimum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. Among the five cities with the lowest minimum temperatures in the state, Kalyanpur in Shahdol district had the coldest night, with the mercury at 13.6 degrees. Additionally, Anwari (Ashoknagar) recorded 13.7 degrees, Pachmarhi (Narmadapuram) 14.1 degrees, Mandla 14.7 degrees, and Deora (Singrauli) 15.5 degrees Celsius.

CM Yogi&#39;s Big Announcement on Loudspeakers at Religious Sites, Strict DJ Guidelines for Holi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Varanasi on Wednesday evening. He chaired a review meeting on various development projects at the Circuit House. During this time, he stated that Kashi is a city of Shiva. From the Vishwanath Temple to the announcements systems at intersections, &#8216;Suprabhatam&#8217; should be played.



The Chief Minister instructed officials to continuously campaign for permanent control of loudspeakers at religious places. He said, &#8220;Strictly curb the loud noise from DJs etc. Police should conduct inspection campaigns to control DJs.&#8221; He encouraged the installation of more CCTV cameras at prominent locations in the city, along with banks and financial institutions, and shops and establishments, for security purposes. Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal gave a presentation on law and order, preparations for Holika Dahan and Holi processions, and the loudspeaker campaign. Following this, Yogi inspected the ropeway station located at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith and instructed officials to complete it as soon as possible.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kashi Ropeway: India&#8217;s First Public Transport Ropeway</h2>



The ropeway project in Varanasi is under construction at a rapid pace. This 3.75-kilometre-long project will have five stations, connecting Varanasi Cantonment Railway Station to Godaulia Chowk. It aims to alleviate the city&#8217;s traffic congestion. This ropeway will also feature amenities such as an automatic motor and a vertical rescue system to handle emergencies.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3,000 People Can Travel Simultaneously</h2>



According to information, this ropeway will be available at affordable fares and will be able to serve approximately 95,000 passengers daily. Up to 3,000 people can travel simultaneously. The project is being constructed by the Swiss company, Garaventa, and National Highways Logistics Private Limited.

Present during the inspection were Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Anil Rajbhar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Ravindra Jaiswal, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Dr. Dayashankar Mishra ‘Dayalu’, District Panchayat President Poonam Maurya, Mayor Ashok Tiwari, MLC Hansraj Vishwakarma, MLC Dharmendra Singh, former Minister and MLA Dr. Neelkanth Tiwari, MLA Dr. Awadhesh Singh, MLA Saurabh Srivastava, MLA Sushil Singh, Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal, Commissioner Kaushal Raj Sharma, District Magistrate S. Rajalingam, and Additional Police Commissioner S. Chinnappa.



The Chief Minister offered prayers and performed puja at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. In the temple&#8217;s sanctum sanctorum, the Chief Minister performed the Abhishek of Baba&#8217;s holy Jyotirlinga with proper rituals and prayed for the well-being of the state and the entire country. Cabinet Minister Anil Rajbhar, MLA Saurabh Srivastava, and other leaders were also present during the darshan and puja. Temple priest Pt. Shrikant Mishra conducted the puja for the Chief Minister.

Jaipur: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma made several major announcements in the Assembly, attempting to appease various sections of society. With these announcements, the budget for the year 2025-26 was passed in the Assembly. 



He announced 25,750 recruitments for youth and a one-time incentive of ₹10,000 for those securing their first job. &#8216;Lakhpati Didi&#8217;, &#8216;Drone Didi&#8217;, and women &#8216;sakhis&#8217; will be honoured, and 10 women in each block will be given laptops. Five thousand villages will be made poverty-free.



The CM emphasised water, roads, industrial investment, and employment. Now, Rajasthan Day will be celebrated on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada instead of March 30 every year; ₹25 crore has been allocated for this year. Chief Minister Sharma responded to the debate on the Finance and Appropriation Bill in the Assembly. His address lasted for about two and a quarter hours.



During this time, he targeted senior opposition leaders including former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, former Urban Development Minister Shanti Dhariwal , and Pradesh Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra, while expressing concern over the uproar and breach of decorum in the House. He also mentioned the tears shed by the Assembly Speaker in the House.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Major Budget Announcements</h2>



1. Recruitment of 10,000 school teachers, 4,000 Patwaris, 10,000 in the police, and 1,750 in the forest department. 2. Separate directorate for ministerial staff. 3. State-level council for the formation of administrative units. 4. VAT on CNG and domestic gas reduced to 7.5%. 5. Rest areas and eye check-up centres for drivers on three accident-free highways. 6. Automatic testing stations, 2,000 new permits for transport facilities in rural areas. 7. Chief Minister Yuva Rojgar Protsahan Yojana – one-time ₹10,000 for the first job. 8. Polytechnic colleges and mini-secretariats in eight new districts. 9. Efforts to open a campus of Jodhpur IIT in Jaipur. 10. 50 new primary schools to be opened, 100 schools to be upgraded. 11. ₹100 crore each for Centres for Advanced Skilling and Career Counselling in Jaipur, Bharatpur, and Udaipur. 12. Urban Improvement Trusts (UITs) in Dausa-Bandikui and Balotra. 13. 25 new municipalities, 4 municipal councils. 14. 25,000 CCTV cameras to be installed. 15. 250 Kalika patrolling units for women&#8217;s safety.



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Chief Minister&#8217;s jibe at Opposition Leaders</h2>



Shanti Dhariwal: The Chief Minister taunted Shanti Dhariwal, saying that the member from Kota North is now worried about women&#8217;s safety. He added, &#8220;Better late than never.&#8221; During the Congress regime, Shanti Dhariwal had said that Rajasthan is a state of men.



Ashok Gehlot: The public knows everything. Under whose rule did paper leaks happen? Who gave the wrong leases for bajri (gravel)? Who came with placards? Who ate lavishly? What derogatory words were used against whom?



Govind Singh Dotasra: For the first time, the decorum of words was violated in the House. For the first time in the House, it was seen that the Speaker&#8217;s pain was expressed through their tears. The Chief Minister, without naming Govind Singh Dotasra, made a sarcastic remark, and while looking towards the Leader of the Opposition, said that the House has been running smoothly for some days. For this, should I thank those who have been invisible for many days, or should I thank those sitting in front of me?

Rajasthan: 210 Villages Set for a Transformation with Bharatpur Development Push!

Urban Development Minister Jhaber Singh Kharra stated that the Bharatpur Development Authority will accelerate the planned, organised, and systematic development of the city. Comprehensive development will be ensured in every sector. He mentioned that Bharatpur is a large city in terms of population. In recent years, the city and its surrounding areas have been rapidly urbanising. Therefore, the authority has now been established. This will ensure better housing, community facilities, and infrastructure in the region. The general public will receive high-quality public services.



Mr Kharra was responding to a discussion on the Bharatpur Development Authority Bill 2025 in the Legislative Assembly on Wednesday. He said that the rapid development in the urban areas of the state has led to a surge in real estate investment. Considering this, the need for rapid development in larger cities has been felt.



Minister Kharra stated that previously, the area of the Nagar Vikas Nyas (Urban Development Trust) extended to 53 revenue villages (18,960.95 hectares of land). Now, the authority includes Bharatpur city, Bharatpur tehsil, and 210 villages in Kuher and Rarh. Their total area is 53,205.58 hectares. Notably, the authority will have 16 members, including a chairperson.



Kharra mentioned that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma had announced the formation of the Bharatpur Development Authority in the 2024-25 budget. Following this announcement, an ordinance was brought in, and a notification was issued to establish the authority. Earlier, Kharra introduced the bill in the House. The House rejected a proposal to circulate the bill for public opinion and passed the bill by voice vote.

An order has been issued to close all liquor shops in Unnao to maintain public peace. This announcement was made by the District Magistrate/Licensing Authority under Section 59 of the Excise Act. Liquor shops will remain closed until 5 PM on 14 March. This includes all shops associated with the Excise Department. The order has been issued by District Magistrate Gourang Rathi.



In Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, District Magistrate Gourang Rathi has ordered the closure of all liquor shops. This order will be in effect from 10 PM on 13 March 2025 to 5 PM on 14 March 2025. During this period, all shops selling country liquor, foreign liquor, beer, and cannabis will remain closed. This order applies to all wholesale and retail vendors.

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">No Compensation Payable</h2>



According to the District Magistrate&#8217;s order, all shops with licenses FL-7 and FL-49/41 will remain closed. He stated that no compensation would be payable to liquor license holders for this closure. Strict adherence to this order is to be ensured. The Excise Commissioner, Prayagraj; Superintendent of Police, Unnao; Additional District Magistrate; City Magistrate; all Sub-Divisional Magistrates; District Excise Officer; and all Regional Excise Inspectors have been informed of this order.

London. Donating blood not only saves lives but could also benefit your health. According to new research, people who regularly donate blood may have a reduced risk of developing cancer. 



Scientists at the Francis Crick Institute in London found that long-term blood donors experience genetic changes in their blood. 



The scientists compared the blood of two groups of 60-year-old blood donors. The first group comprised individuals who had donated blood three times a year for the past 40 years. 



The second group included those who had donated only five times in their lifetime. Genetic changes were observed in the blood of 50% of individuals in the first group, compared to only 30% in the second group. 



Dr. Hector Hurga Encabo, a scientist involved in the research, explained that regular blood donation led to changes in stem cells that could reduce the risk of leukaemia (blood cancer). 



Currently, the research has been conducted on men. Scientists are now preparing to conduct similar research on women.



Mutations in the Blood



Researchers say that mutations occur in the blood over time, potentially increasing the risk of cancer. Blood donation accelerates the process of new blood formation. Stem cells become more active, producing new and healthy blood. Blood donation reduces the number of old and damaged blood cells.
